Educational Request
Dear Mr. Nardo:
I am a certified, experienced Canadian elementary teacher beginning my own business of quality online educational resources. (I live in the South Okanagan.) The name of my business is Wings Educational Resources (wingsed.com). My business will open later this fall.
My goal is fulfill voids and enhance curriculum that I have noted in classroom settings and in home-schooling materials.
In my business, a special emphasis is being placed on Science, Math and Social Studies - particularly notable people of history and cultures. Currently, the curriculum is oriented for Kindergarten through grade four. It will be expanded to include grades five and six in the future.
I am writing to request a donation of your story,"Scientists of Ancient Greece", and/or another book of your choice, to be placed on my site. I'm requesting permission to place the story itself in electronic form or scanned form (with all author, illustrator, copyright information etc. just as it is on the hard copy).
Please note that this book is strictly to enhance the curriculum and for student reading in the free online library section of my site. It will not be resold in any way and I will not change any copyright information.
I would be happy to promote your site by placing a link or an ad under the Recommended Resources section of my site.

Amazon has created this site without my knowledge, which explains why I have not answered any of the queries posted here. Research
i am about to go into the details of what happened in Salem for a class im taking and the topic has always interested me, i just now picked up your book from the library along with man others "The Salem Witch Trials" and of what i have read so far it is very fascinating. I do believe it is one of the worst things in history and couldn't imagine living in that time, but reading about it and learning i like to put my self in those times and it is very interesting. I saw your comment about you just learning about this site, thats a little funny but i'm glad, i hope you read this and know that i love your book and am going to for sure look into your other accomplished writings.

Ending Appropriately
I have read your book named: The Assyrian Empire
It's fabulous
But, there is somethng wrong with the ending of the Assyrian Empire:
................................
I am an Assyrian and, I believe that over 3 millions Assyrians are still living all aoround the world.
YES! We have lost our Empire but, it doesn't mean that we have been melted within nations.
WE still believe in ASHUR God.
WE still believe in Jesus as our Savior.
So, if you really have a neutral attitudes towards different nations, you would change part of the conclusion of your book.
Maybe we could face the realities.

but the Empire has ended... only descendants remain
unless of course you have come together and created a form of government without anybody on the planet realizing.
I think the book is describing the end of the Assyrian Empire (which has indeed ended) and not the end of its peoples.
Though I agree it might be nice to mention that fact.

My name is Chrystyna Janak and I started reading your book CHERNOBYL, which my 5th grade daughter brought home from her school library.
In the 1st paragragh you say that the Soviet Union "borders Europe in the east, then stretches westward for more than four thousand miles to the Pacific Ocean." REALLY????? HAVE YOU SEEN A GLOBE LATELY? OR EVER?
I AM REQUESTING THAT THIS BOOK BE REMOVED PERMANENTLY FROM THIS SCHOOL'S LIBRARY.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FACTS ARE ACCURATE BEFORE MISINFORMING OUR YOUTH.
AND WE WONDER WHY OR HOW AMERICANS DON'T KNOW GEOGRAPHY!!!....
